There are following defects in the present theories and experiences concerning test anxiety: 'One is the narrow scope of the research objects; the other is researchers only use the simple approach-the so called "confidence training" to decrease the level of test anxiety, or engage different approaches separately; the last one is developmental researches always don't follow with experimental researches. As a result, we made a survey and analyze on the current situation of test anxiety among 481 pupils in three cities: Changsha, Hengyang, Lengshuijiang, and on the base we choose 15 high- test- anxiety students in Changsha as our samples of intervene research, trained them with synthetically pattern of cognition- behavior about test anxiety in order to find a integrative treatment model which reflects the multidimension features of test anxiety. The present article was divided into 3 parts:1. The theoretical narration about test anxiety: Test anxiety is a psychological state expressed by different degrees of emotional reactions, it is constrained by individual cognitive evaluation capacity , personality tendency and other physical and psychological factors. The test anxiety characterized by worry and actions of defending and escaping, and is activated by a certain test situation. The test anxiety is caused by variousfactors, such as the physical and psychological ones of individual, and those of social situations. We should try to curb it's influence when the students are suffering intense and long- time test anxiety. Treatment programs include both emotion-focused treatments and cognitive-focused treatments, but only multimodel integrative test anxiety treatments that consist of emotion-focused and cognitive-focused orientations, seem to best represent the true nature of the test anxiety process and to deal with this question.2. The survey and correlation analyze concerning the test anxiety of the senior primary school pupils: To find out the current situation and trait of test anxiety of senior primary school pupils, I surveyed 481 primary school students in Changsl Hengyang and Lengshuijiang. My conclusion is that the level of primary school pupils' test anxiety tends to be medium on the whole, their average mark is 35.08 (s=8.72). However, the phenomenon of high-test-anxiety still exists, the number of those amount to 19.9 percent. In addition to that, there is remarkable difference among different types of schools. The degree of test anxiety is very closely related to the families of violent atmosphere.3. The experimental study about the test anxiety: The method of one-factor randomized design is adopted in this research. We engaged with cognition-behavior integrative training in the experimental group. The approach was characterized by the combination of various experimental methods, such as those ofcognition, behavior and emotion .which can be used to affect different respects of test anxiety. Conclusion shows:1. After intervention, the degree of test anxiety of the experimental group was remarkably decreased, while the contrastive group didn't make any difference.2. After intervention, the degree of test anxiety of the experimental group was much less than that of the control group.3. Training had no effects on enhancing test performance. At last in the part of discussion, I considered the positive and negative experience in the process of training, and summered up the inspiration we got from it.
