We often face a lot of students in teaching and daily management, parents and school’s managers. In grade school works, Test anxiety is often mentioned by school and society, parents. But with the degree of anxiety too heavy, it will bring some thorny problems to students and teachers (school). In fact, before both tests and simulation tests, the examinee of anxiety are inevitable, moderate anxiety is normal.This object is studied by use questionnaire survey method. At the same time we hope this research as an opportunity.The Grade graduating students in this study, as the example, has carried on the achievement goal orientation impact on test anxiety of the related research. Finding practical information is useful in the management of students, as much as possible to help managers understand the issues students. Test Anxiety Scale (Test Anxiety Scale, TAS) is test’s questionnaire.According to the TAS test results, the main summary of the analysis from the following aspects:First, as the tests the draws near, most of the students’ anxiety level has increased with the time. With severe anxiety students must complete help and daily management work.Second, TAS results on gender have different performance. The level of anxiety in the girls is more serious than boys to be.Third, as the target (volunteer) classification, TAS volatile is a result, uneven distribution.The last, the students whose scores is near the admission line are more likely to present a high degree of anxiety.In school management work, grade students as a special group, we must help them prepare deal with the test anxiety. Not only can improve education teaching result, more conducive to help the students to pass this special period, and to achieve stable and management.
