| As a part of the basic education of science and technology, the basic education of technology hasn't been paid enough attention to. Compared with the basic education of science, the basic education of technology is quite not systematic, which is obvious at the aspects of the educational aims, the choice and organization of materials, the standard, methods and means of testing and evaluating. We can say that, the status and the importance of the basic education of technology in the basic education of science and technology are quite not the same as that of technology in the developing of society. The basic education of technology is implemented in the way of infiltration, even in the education of labor and technology, the status is minor, subordinated to that of the labor.So the performance of systematizing must be done to enforce the basic education of technology, just like what has been done in the basic education of science. There are obvious differences in essence between technology and science, which result in the different principles between the basic education of technology and science. In the systematizing of the basic education of technology, the following four basic principles must be observed: (1) being basic;(2) guiding to the specialty developing;(3) using conflictions as clues;(4) prior developing. Being basic requires cultivating critical abilities through the drilling of fundamental operating skills and learning fundamental theories. This principle is decided by the nature of basic education and must be observed. Guiding to the specialty developing requires achieving multi-level and multi-type development of specialty, which proves the development of engineering and technical ability to be deep enough. Conflicts are between the actuality of students' knowledge and ability and the requirement, and they are proposed by teachers' guide and students' development, and are available in the operating skills, theories, and the ability to deal with problems systematically. Using conflicts as clues makes the student develop on a personal start, which meets with personal needs and brings independence and activity into effect. Through confining and emphasizing special conflicts, prior developing can concentrate attentions and stick out emphasis so as to make the deep developments acquired. The four principles support a guiding independent developing model which is dynamic, individualized, and both wide and deep enough.Once the systematizing of the basic education of technology is referred, the following problems can't be omitted: (1) shifting the status of the technology and the science;(2) building implementing circumstance that is needed in the systematizing of the basic education of technology, and so on. |
