Shortage Countermeasures Of China's Higher Education Transition Period

More than twenty years ago,China's higher education reform has begun. Great results have been achieved. But the system of education still has the character of planning and monopolizing and a lot of problems exit in itself,which can't suit with the social development. In China,good education resource and excellent high-level persons are both shortage. In this paper this problem is described as education shortage. To be brief,education shortage is education resource shortage.The character of higher education shortage primary includes three "not satisfaction" and four "imbalance". The sequel of higher education shortage is very serious. If education shortage can't be solved in time,it will result in our education losing competence and sequently will result in our country losing competence.To know the reason why education is shortage is the first step to solve problems. The reason of higher education shortage includes the idea the education system and the operation. How to solve the higher education shortage is the key of the paper. At the base of foregoing analyze author think that there are two ways to solve the problem. One is to look for outside help,for example capital investment. The other is to improve the utilization of our exiting resource. At last,this paper offered five countermeasures for solving the problem of higher education shortage.
