The Design And Implement Of Information System For R＆D Management For University

R&D management need to continuously combined with modern management scienceorganic, absorb advanced management ideas and concepts for enhancing the capacity andquality of university R&D level.It is becoming an urgent and important task of themanagement department in university that using information technology to build researchand resource sharing platform and management network, achieving the whole processmanagement of R&D projects.In this paper, we introduce the university R&D management information platform,which used the web-based technology in the era of information technology. First wesummarizes the traditional scientific management mode and method, through universityR&D management information needs analysis, combing with the various branches of R&Dmanagement workflow, abstract business flow diagram of the system, the system’s designfollows the openness, practicality and the advanced nature of principles to build theplatform data structure system and functional application system. we use theobject-oriented design method to design and construct a multi-user,high efficiency,networked university R&D management information platform system.
