With the development of the broadband network, long-distance education has gradually become an important carrier for us to take professional training, update our knowledge architecture and study all our lives. With the web service application model, the establishment of the web service model for long-distance education and UDDI register center ~vi]l greatly accelerate the development of the long-distance education standardization, improve the convenience of the current long-distance education technique platform and application platform sharing, therefore, make it more convenient to form an effective mechanism of long-distance education market and promote the development of long-distance education. This article starts at the current development and application model of the E-business. secondly analyzes the current situation of popular E-business application frame model and correlative technique, and then briefly introduces the obstacle of the E-business development and corresponding settlement ?web service application model, finally analyzes the web service application model and its main application area. In web services, XML is the data format. SOAP is the protocol that calls web services, WSDL is the description format of web services and UDDI is the combination of registering, searching and utilizing in web services. These four aspects make up the whole web service application frame, and UDDI standard is the key role drawn by ARIBA. IBM and MICROSOFT. UDDI standard is the B2B standard of the enterprise directory based on XML and it will include all information for E-business and bring infinite chance for E-business development all over the world. Considering the condition of the web service application frame and current long-distance education, the long-distance education standardization needs to construct its UDDI register center and web service application model. The author actualizes UDDI register center and web service application model with Microsoft's.NET and IBM's UDDI4J, and emphasizes the identifier realization of UDDI information model, UDDI searching model and SOAP calling model. In the end of this thesis analyzes the limitation and development direction of the Web Service application model.
