Higher Vocational Education Training Mode Is Discussed

The Ministry of National Education, when making The Action to Vitalize Education in the 21St Century, points out that higher education must be vigorously and steadily developed, especially the higher vocational education. The higher vocational education (I-WE) of China, based on the level of high school education, is to cultivate those applicable and professional people with high technique to meet the frontline needs like producing, constructing, managing and servicing. Thus, it requires that 1-WE must have the cultivation forms in accordance with its cultivation good. Through researching into the development of the HVE and analyzing the type of talents and the type of education, the author makes clear the historical certainty of developing HVE, points out that I-lYE is the main part of higher education and the high level of vocational education. In order to reach the goal of cultivating talents for HVE, the author lays stress on the comprehensive comparison of the talent cultivating forms domestic and abroad .at the same time, by analyzing the circumstances of various cultivation forms, the author puts forward her fundamental train of thought on establishing the talent cultivation forms for HVE of our country.
