With the popularity of lifelong learning, the use of information technology for online education gradually developed into one of the main directions of modern education. The quantity and quality of learning resources not only are important factors that affect the level of online education, but also become the most direct indicators to judge wether the structure of educational information is reasonable. Currently, there ate various forms of learning resources, which have different standards. It’s difficult for different systems to inter-operate each other and share resources. With the network resources distributed in different documents and images, it is also difficult to unified these resources. With the huge amount of resources and the scattered aligns, it’s difficult to organize and manage them in a scientific way. Furthermore,it’s hard to quickly and easily integrate relevant information from various heterogeneous platforms, based on students’ requests. They are strictly limiting the use of resources, which is not conducive to make full use of resources and hindering the development of education informational construction.Ontology Appears to provide an effective solution. This paper introduces the main body of knowledge that transforms a certain field in the real world into a set of abstract concepts and relationships. By constructing ontology based on the body of knowledge, We set up the architecture of resource library to achieve a semantic extension of learning resources. This way provides unified standards to develop learning resources. Expanding the keyword semantic from user requests taking advantage of powerful ontology reasoning mechanism,the communication, utilization, fuzzy matching and evaluation capacity, as well as the ability to learn of Agent Technology, helps computer systems understand the meaning of statements the way as humans understanding the meaning of the information provided. In certain extent, It achieves the goal of intelligent information retrieval.In this paper, the research on the basis of Ontology and Agent, mainly includes: Firstly, introduction to the related technologies, including Ontology, Ontology language and Agent technology. Then, through the study of domain ontology, semantic expansion proposed method is made according to the body of knowledge. This paper explains three aspects: the division, the relationships and reason of points of domain knowledge. In fact, ontology in field of mathematical is built an an example. Then, in terms of semantic search research based on users’ requests, as well as in the distributing network environment, We propose a model for mutual cooperation of Multi-Agent System by means of moldeing technique of functional roles. We also improve the semantic similarity calculation method to measure resources. Finally, on the basis of all the work above, this paper implements a semantic retriev system in the field of trigonometric.The research helps users access to information stored on different computers in a convenient way. The share of Internet educational resources enhances the interaction between teachers and students, between students and students, which achieve the goal of learning in a collaborative and independent way.
