With the vigorous development of online education and the continuous advancement of the national education resources co-construction and sharing strategy,the number and types of learning resources have been unprecedentedly rich.However,while the huge amount of learning resources brings more choices,the problem of "information overload" also arises.Facing massive information resources,learners are prone to information lost and cognitive overload.Finding the learning resources they really need is just as difficult as looking for a needle in a haystack.It takes a lot of time to search and screen,and then affects the quality of learning.How to provide learners with the learning resources they really need has become a difficult problem in the field of online learning.The personalized recommendation system for learning resources can recommend personalized learning resources to learners according to their characteristics,meet the personalized needs of learners and improve learning efficiency.Therefore,this paper studies the personalized recommendation system for learning resources.Firstly,aiming at the problem of lacking guidance model in the construction of personalized recommendation system for learning resources in the field of education,a model of personalized recommendation system for learning resources is proposed based on the "General Model of Recommendation System" and "General Model of Adaptive Learning System(AEHS)" under the guidance of personalized education theory.The model has pertinence and can provide guidance for the construction of personalized recommendation system for learning resources.Under the guidance of this model,an architecture of personalized recommendation system for learning resources is constructed by this paper.Secondly,in order to realize the semantic recommendation of learning resources and the personalized recommendation of cross-language learning resources,a multilingual ontology is constructed based on the theory of Ontoterminology under the background of C language curriculum,and realized the multilingual expression of curriculum knowledge.The ontology is used to calculate the semantic relevance and multilingual mapping.And then the personalized recommendation of Chinese text resources at the semantic level is realized,a multilingual learning resources personalized recommendation method based on multilingual ontology is proposed to realize the personalized recommendation of foreign text resources at the semantic level.Finally,personalized recommendation of video resources is realized.The constructed personalized recommendation system for learning resources based onontology can recommend personalized learning resources to learners,prove the validity of the proposed model and method as well as the constructed multilingual ontology,meet learners' personalized learning needs,improve learning efficiency of learners and utilization rate of learning resources,and lay a foundation for solving the problem of "information overload" in the field of education.
