With the rapid development of the information society, the use of information capacityhas become an essential skill. School students should have a good use of informationtechnology capabilities in order to better development in the future, but In examinationoriented education of middle school stage, the information ability is not important to studyand exam course, cause a lot of school information technology teachers by other subjectteachers part-time, prepares a lesson must spend more time and energy. IT educationcurriculum which is a feature of the knowledge content updates quickly and mustconstantly adjust the course content to meet the trend of the times required, and there is nounified information technology courses and content of textbooks, therefore, the currentproblems faced by information technology education is IT teachers in their own way,repeated development of teaching materials and curriculum content, and IT knowledgeupdate speed, making the teacher preparation process encountered many difficulties.About what we don’t know, now most people preferred to the Internet to find theanswer, and that the knowledge of the Internet has become an important communicationplatform. However, a search based on traditional keyword can get millions of links, theuser could not judge the stand or fall of Internet knowledge and correctness, unable to meetthe needs of individual users, instead of looking for knowledge process efficiency isreduced, knowledge become in a hurry and coarse, the above problems in networklearning.Based on the above reasons, this study high school information technology educationfor the scope, the use of information technology teachers were investigated by thequestionnaire investigation, on the basis of the investigation results and the teacher’sexperience building high school information technology education of knowledge ontology,to facilitate communication and sharing. Then use semantic web technology to designinquiry system of high school information technology education, integration of learningresources on the network, students learning for teachers to prepare lessons and provideaccess to a data clearly and systematically, in order to improve the high school informationtechnology course of teaching and learning.
