China since ancient times known as \ "paradise\" reputation, the experience of interpersonal relationship is of long standing and well established. With the rapid development of economy, however, although people’s material life level has improved continuously, but interpersonal experience is worse and worse, so many experts and scholars have launched research in personal relationships. In recent years, due to the frequent campus violence, some violation in shock occurred in the dormitory, so the dormitory interpersonal relationship has been widely concerned. All round the predecessors’ research literature, foreign research is limited by the environment and the system differences, on our country’s significance is not big; Most domestic literature theory to interpret and less empirical. As a result, the author selected Fu min yong ding boarding middle school high school students as subjects, through the analysis of present situation and its causes, the dormitory interpersonal relationship to formulate appropriate intervention group guidance scheme research, and Suggestions are proposed based on the conclusion, in order to high school mental health education contribution meager strength.This research is divided into four parts: one is the introduction. Including the selected topic reason, literature review and research design; 2 it is boarding middle school students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship status quo analysis. Understand current boarding middle school students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction and demographic variables on some situation, and analyzes the reasons; 3 it is boarding middle school students’ dormitory interpersonal intervention study. In the second chapter, on the basis of combining previous existing research results, presents group guidance schemes and intervention; Four is summarized, the countermeasures and reflection. This part of the way of summing up the conclusion of the whole; And according to the above research, combined with their own experience in the end put forward the corresponding countermeasures; Three aims to reflect on the full text, to discuss in this paper, the contributions and limitations, and provides the outlook for the future research.The results show that the yongding boarding middle school high school students most satisfied with the dormitory interpersonal relationship is the attitude; Satisfaction in gender, whether the one-child and family types did not differ significantly on three kinds of demographic variables, and at the location of the grade and demographic variables have significant difference on the two; Paradox appears most often are some of life’s chores, and had a greater influence on the contradiction is some harm degree is bigger; In terms of attribution tendency, more and more people will blame each other, and less regret; On the coping styles, most students have adopted a more rational way to respond: Group guidance scheme is feasible and effective, can be kept, and the effect on the improvement of the boarding middle school students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship is obvious; Comprehensively in this paper, the conclusion and combined with many years of experience, the author to the competent education departments, schools, teachers, families and students respectively puts forward the Suggestions to improve the dormitory interpersonal relationship.
