The development of Information technology provides a lot of teaching modern and teaching method. How to improve the efficiency of education teaching and the quality of education teaching? How to let a class become students-centered, And how to cultivate students the ability of autonomic learning? Blended learning provides a theoretical support and technical support for the above problems. Blended learning is a kind of typical modern which combined with the ideas of education informatization to unite traditional learning with digital learning. In recent years, the research on blended learning is still keeping growing.How to the performance of the students in the blended learning is the point in this paper.The main research contents of this paper include:the theory of blended learning and evaluation of the process, definition and present research situtation abroad; the process design of blended learning which based on the course-University Fundamentals of Computers. According to the basis and experience of predecessors’ researches,I formulate the indicator about procedural evaluation of students based on blended learning from three aspects of the students’ learning attitude, learning process and learning effect.Moreover, the learning process including five secondary indexes: The participation of learning, The use of resources, Autonomous learning, Collaborative learning, Communication and presentation.Then using the Delphi method to modify indexes and calculate weights,build a blended learning process evaluation index system. According to the indexes set the tools for corresponding evaluation : electronic file cover, observation scale, evaluation scale, questionnaire, interview, test, etc. I select eight students from different learning attitudes and learning levels as the evaluation sample, with the evaluation tools to collect the value of indexs and put forward the corresponding improvements to the students, Improve the blended learning process evaluation system.The paper is the exploration of procedural evaluation of students in blended learning. The research results can be used as the blended learning evaluation index about the university computer foundation course in Yunnan normal university, providing the valuable reference for other researchers on blended learning evaluation.
