The concept of Professional Development Schools was put forward at first in 1980s. Professional Development School is a school form cooperated by the education college of university and one or more primary schools. It combines with the training on pre-teachers and on-the-job, also the school reform. It is a mulriple cooperated relationship by re-designing and adjusting. Professional Development School provides the atmosphere and scene combined with theory and practice for teachers. It also provides the rules support for various study of pre-teachers and teachers. At the same time, it provides the chances for teachers renewing their professional development. Professional Development School put forward a series of educational reforming new thoughts. This was widely held by the American educational business. So it became a trend in American teaching reform.The feature of Professional Development School is giving attention to the professional development of university researchers, pre-teachers and teachers in primary school at the same time. It carries out the perfect combination with theory subject and practice subject. Professional Development School isn't a traditional independent school, it relies on the system which established on the base of personnel constitution, the relationship of the personnels and the cooperated activity of personnel. Therefore, PDS's teaching practice is the basic existent form of school. The article emphaticly analysed the Professional Development School's teaching goal and teaching style through the introduction of some examples. Also it analysed the actual effects and the problems under this kind of teaching practice.Then go further to put forward learning PDS's experiences and provided some suggestion in teacher education reform for our nation. Firstly, the research expounded the PDS's teaching goal. Its total goal is to promote the synchronous renewing of elementary education and teacher education. But each teaching goal of PDS has different emphasis. Secondly, the research summed up three kinds of PDS teaching mode via analysing the examples of Professional Development School. Those are the mode of "Expert-Apprentice", the mode of "Primary Cooperation" and the mode of "Study Each Other, Corps Cooperation". Thirdly, the article probed into the actual effects under this teaching practice, eg: promoting the combination of education theory and education practice, improving the pre-teachers' education and training the high quality new teachers, etc. At the same time, it pointed out the PDS's problems. At last, the writer analysed the teacher education's situation in our country and put forward the enlightenments which our teacher education could get from PDS's teaching practice.When the research expounded the Professional Development School's teaching practice, the article made an effort to reflect the teaching mode of the Professional Development School. It commented the characteristics and achievement, expecting to make some experience and suggestions for our nation's education.
