Comics as a kind of new teaching materials, with its unique humor, review, the characteristics of universality, and advocate the idea of new curriculum reform is very fit, so more and more get the favor of education reformers, across different versions of history textbooks and frequency of the history of the paper is also increasing. This trend is the development of happy, but it’s worth our attention is in the process also exposed many problems and the insufficiency.Historical comics as a kind of historical pictures, the importance of it in history class is accepted by most teachers. Historical comics both depicting historical events and phenomena through humor and exaggeration, and also for a certain historical period of political ideas and social phenomena to make philosophical thinking, which reveals the essential characteristics of the event or historical phenomenon, so that the reader further understand the history knowledge, realize the changes of social progress and development.And it plays a prominent role in helping students develop an intuitive understanding of the history, enhancing students’ interest in learning history,deepening the students’ knowledge and understanding of history and many other aspects.During the use of historical comics, we must pay attention to some of the strategies. When selecting comics, to emphasize easy to know, authenticity, typicality, adequacy, and educational, to ensure that the historical comics presented in the classroom can improve teaching effectiveness.In the specific use, it is necessary to use appropriate to highlight the purpose of teaching, but also to tap the multiple-angle interpretation comics profound meaning, the other for students to put forward different views can seek common ground, in order to exercise students’ historical thinking skills.To investigate the current situation in the history of comics history teaching, the paper by means of questionnaires, interviews and other forms of classroom teaching practice cases from different angles as an entry point and an empirical analysis.Through analysis of the results, I found the history of comics in the course of import, heavy and difficult to break and end of the course three aspects have a significant improvement in results.
