The applied ethics research is on the theories about basic education justice and its purpose is to analyze, understand and grasp the related issues about basic education justice by the standard demonstration. The concrete contend includes the concept of basic education justice, the status of basic education justice, the principles of basic education justice, the requirements of basic education justice and the practice in institutional of basic education justice. The research makes itself sense by the new way to define and grasp basic education justice from the perspective of ethics. And the research gets its practical significance by the study of basic education justice which would not only push the basic education moving toward justice, but also explore a just and feasible basic education path to achieve the goal of improving education order and building social harmony.The research discusses from the following four parts:Firstly, through the analysis of the relevant concepts of basic education justice, compare the difference between basic education and general education, basic education justice and general education justice, so as to determine the connotation and extension of the basic education, and then based on the analysis of the concept of basic education justice, that is the concern of the people themselves. Secondly, through the analysis of historical and realistic dimensions of the concept of basic education justice, we must make a review of the current situation of basic education in China. Then points out the unreasonable place of the present basic education and analyze its causes.Thirdly, through the grasp of the concept of justice related to basic education, and combined with the theory of pedagogy and law, this paper puts forward the relevant requirements and principles of basic education justice practice, that is, the starting point, the process justice and the justice of the results, and lead to the basic education justice from the theory to practice.Finally, through the basic education justice related principles and requirements of system practice, in order to improve the basic education justice can really improve the education order, and promote social harmony. The system practice of basic education justice system practice mainly includes: foster basic education justice concept in the whole society, guarantee basic education basic rights, establish basic education legal spirit and distribute basic education related resources four aspects.The research hopes to improve the relevant concept of basic education in our country, establish the basic education to the people’s attention, to explore a feasible path of basic education justice by study basic education justice...
