With the rapid development of urbanization, "urban renewal", "urban extensions",various interests of the city, the rapid change of social relations, distribution mechanisms, China’s urban development makes a "isolation and fragmentation", "space squeeze", "Space deprivation" and other phenomena。 Urban space has become an issue of concern for spatial justice, as a new value demands space draw more and more attention. High price apartment in the school district appears in big cities, the unequal distribution of education resources is the reason. The spatial justice has been expanded from the regional level to the national urban system level. Urban public service facilities are relying on social support services, and its con Fig.uration relates to the quality of people’s life and social equity. There were mainly three stages of spatial justice study in western countries, regional equalization, spatial equity and social justice. The current study in China are most abstract narrative, lack of accurate measurement of spatial justice, and the discussion remains to be deepened. This article selects the important center city in western China, Xi’an as the research case. The basic education facilities of the nine years compulsory education stage(primary and secondary school) is took as the breakthrough point. The combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods is adopted. An index system including the availability, accessibility and perception three secondary indexes were built. Under the direct of this index system the basic education facilities con Fig.uration were evaluated. The result shows that, the spatial justice of basic education facilities con Fig.uration in Xi’An is relatively high. There exist certain differences between regions, of which Beilin district and Xincheng district has the best score. The Yanta district and Baqiao district have a low score. From the point of sub-index, C education justice perception score is relatively close between different districts, score of B availability justice was relatively close, item accessibility justice score difference is big. Finally based on the above-mentioned research results put forward strategy and advice of Xi’An infrastructure education optimization con Fig.uration. First, reasonable school layout, ensuring accessibility of school. Second, set up including the teacher management of teaching resource sharing, and improve the availability of basic education facilities, finally reach the purpose of promoting education fair perception.
