A Study On The Employment Problem Of Rural College Students From The Perspective Of Economic Philosophy

With the enrollment expansion of higher education,’employment difficulty’ of college students has become a common phenomenon, and rural college students is one of the more difficult. Due to family poverty, congenital lack of education and the impact of employment marketization, they bear a low level of employment and poor salary in cities. In front of the city’s strict household registration system and the high housing prices, settling down in the city becomes a big problem. While the rural undergraduates encounter bottlenecks in urban, the rural areas are facing the problem of scarcity of talents and economic development lagging behind, relative surplus talents in urban and lack of talents in rural form a stark contradiction. The rural undergraduates are facing not just the employment problem, or the housing problem, behind them, we can see all sorts of structural problems of economic transition period, including the dual system, inequitable distribution of educational resources, social class solidified, justice deletion and so on. Solve the difficulties in employment and development of the rural undergraduatesduates, create the hope for uptrend development is an important subject to solve the problem of the talents development in the process of urbanization.According to the above writing ideas, this paper follows the idea of combining theory and reality and expands the following study:Firstly, describe the current employment situation of rural undergraduates in more comprehensively, find the main problems rural undergraduates are facing in the employment process. Secondly, explore the basic reasons for employment and development troubles of the rural undergraduates, take in-depth analysis in the impact of employment system reform and the China’s urban-rural differences brought by urban-rural dual structure on the rural undergraduates group. Finally, criticize the current economic and institutional environment in the vision of Marxism economic philosophy, and rethink the spiritual demands of rural undergraduates in their self-realization from the perspective of Marxist Humanology, combine the present economy situation and institutional construct process, and propose feasible path for rural undergraduates to achieve self-realization in the current socio-economic environment. This paper follows the basic research idea of ’ask questions--analyze and solve problems’, in the economic philosophy perspective, using the method of combining economics and philosophy to study the problem in-depth, that is, research the reality situation of the rural undergraduates from the perspective of economics, and study their self-realization from the philosophical theory, finally achieve the unity of economics and philosophy, reality research and development of human science.
