The Economic Analysis About The Employment Of The Undergraduates Of Colleges And Universities In Inner Mongolia

Employment is the basic problem in the development of regional economy. The labor force is the major factor in the regional economy development. As one of the community who has the highest marginal rate of return, the undergraduates' reasonable employment is not only the key to the development of regional economy but also the important factor of the settlement of the harmonious society. In the recent years, the situation of the undergraduates' employment in Inner Mongolia is not that satisfactory, which is the result of the national employment recession as well as the trait of the regional economy development.In this article, the status quo of the undergraduates' employment in Inner Mongolia is analyzed by the positive research, then the reason why this happened is explored by combining the criterion research. Because the data analyzing is not focused only on one moment, but also the analysis is carried out on the data by time sequence, static state research and the dynamic state research is combined. Inner Mongolia lies in the westem china and is the part of underdeveloped area, whose development is extremely influenced by the permanent residence system, the structure of natural resources and the historical reasons. The regional economy is of dualistic economic structure and the labor force market gradually became the urban-rural dualistic structure, which results in the structural unemployment among the undergraduates in Inner Mongolia. Secondly, because of the overhigh estimate of their ownselves, the real pay was far lower than what the undergraduates expected, part of them prefer to unemployment. Thirdly, the existence of the information transmit failure makes frictional unemployment among the under graduates. In this article the Primary segment-the Secondary segment labor force market Theory, the Job search Theory and Reservation wage Theory are used to make the analysis about the three category of unemployment status and some policy advice is put forward to in the last part of the article.
