Today, many Chinese institutions of higher education have attached great importance to their moral education of college students. Colleges and universities insist on students developing comprehensively from aspects of virtue,wisdom, physicality and artistry. For this, many universities have carried out fruitful line of work and achieved great results. For national colleges and universities to cultivate qualified college students, universities firmly establish an education for this Morality Education policy, and emphasize on the education of socialist core value system. Chinese universities also take the ideological and political education work importantly by making work mode innovation mechanism and strengthening socialist collectivism, patriotism education of those college students. In this way, Chinese college students firmly establish a correct outlook on world matters, life values, patriotism, nationality and religion. The universities aim to strengthen the students’ ideal faith education, determined to follow the leadership of Chinese communist with firm faith, adhere to the overall education and accurately grasp the students’ thought condition. The universities develop a targeted ideological and political education plan, according to their aptitude. But college students’ moral education evaluation system is relatively weak, many universities create and explores new methods of evaluation. In recent years, represented by Beijing Institute of Technology of some university carried out active exploration in the college students’ moral education work and gradually formed way of examination innovative testing by requiring college students to summarize and defense requirements graduate for the period of school learning, growing, experience, career planning, such as a comprehensive summary. Each school also offers effective evaluation to the whole process, and achieved some results. The Beifang University of Nationalities as a national ethnic minority university is located in northwest areas.This university has always attaches great importance to students’ moral education. In 2010, the School of Computer Science and Technology has carried on the summary of college students’ moral culture, targeted students in the school moral education work has been explored and succeed.From such example set by the school after the promotion, it’s also one of the State Nationalities Affairs Commission supported colleges and universities in the Ningxia region for the first time to carry out college students’ moral education which brings new method of moral education testing evolution to the rest of similar universities.From college students’ moral education summary to start with, this paper is divided into four chapters which makes a detailed study of such achievement in moral education in Beifang University of Nationalities. The first part mainly concludes the causes of college students’ moral education from summarize research, analyze and expound on the theoretical and practical significance of this research which involves the definition of the dynamic and relevant information to the relevant domestic research on the carding and comparison. The third part is the Beifang University of Nationalities college students’moral education summary from the research, mainly including the moral education work summary origin and scheme of the implementation of the requirements.
