Mathematical education in national regions is an important part of the compulsory education in our country. The mathematics of compulsory education stage make students master some necessary basic knowledge and basic skills. Reasoning including reasoning and deductive reasoning, in the study life, deductive reasoning is used often by people in a way of thinking, at the same time, it is also a way of thinking to solve the problem and the difficult in the process of students in learning. Especially in the process of mathematics geometric proof, students will not stay in several specific problems, but play more attention to in the process of solving the problem, making itself acquire knowledge and development of thinking. Therefore, in the process of solving some math problems, deductive reasoning ability play an important role, and its development throughout the mathematics learning process. How does the students’ mathematical deductive reasoning in ethnic minority?First of all, through careful investigation on the basis of large number of papers mathematical reasoning, detailed understanding to the present situation of the domestic and related research, defining some concept and establishing the theoretical basis of research. This is the problem we should pay attention to. Therefore, the deductive reasoning in ethnic minority areas is of great significance, and the current domestic in this respect is less.Secondly, selected the junior middle school grade eight students test in GuiZhou ethnic areas studied. GuiZhou province as an example, It knowing the present situation of students’ ability of mathematical deductive reasoning, and on this basis for case analysis, to promote the development of student’ability of mathematical deductive reasoning opinion and the suggestion.Through test analysis, the following main conclusions:1. minority areas students’deductive reasoning ability is not good; 2. students of graphics language better than narrative language; 3.the boy’s deductive reasoning ability is better than girls’Finally, in view of the results of the study, proposed the Suggestions to promote the development of deductive reasoning ability in junior high school students in national regions:1. Strengthen the training on students’ mathematical language to cultivate students deductive reasoning ability;2. Strengthen the teacher training to help students improve the ability of deductive reasoning; 3. Cultivate student’s habits of thinking to strengthen the deductive reasoning ability of students.
