Research On The Evaluation Model And Information System Of Harmonious Campus In Colleges And Universities

The Harmonious Campus evaluation information system which studied by this paper is that according to the research of harmonious campus evaluation system, using a series of operational scientific methods, make value judgments on indicators that affect the construction of harmonious campus by collecting,analyzing and arranging the experts’rating data. The using of the Harmonious Campus can make colleges maintaining their advantages and knowing their own shortcomings, also it will provide a basis for further promoting the construction of harmonious campus.This paper has introduced the methods and techniques which used by construction of Harmonious Campus Evaluation model in the first two chapters, also researched on the decision optimization algorithms. After three chapters, referencing harmonious campus evaluation system, firstly this paper use the improved AHP method to reduce the strong subjectivity of traditional AHP as basis, at the same time use modified genetic algorithm to construct harmonious campus evaluation indexes models and calculate the weight of evaluation indexes, obtaining index weight model. Then, this paper use improved gray clustering analysis method (modified Whiten Function) as basis, and combined fuzzy evaluation method to value the harmonious campus indexes, and obtain the quantitative analysis of the evaluated university’s harmony degree. Thirdly the problem of harmonious campus evaluation result analysis what like how to transform quantitative analysis into qualitative analysis was solved by using decision tree method (this paper use the improved ID3 method) and improving the decision to construct harmonious campus. Finally, it developed harmonious campus evaluation system with the ideal of big data, take the system to networking, scientific and informatization. The construction of Harmonious Campus evaluation information system is supported to attain the desired aid decision, so universities can know their own lack and further promote the harmonious campus construction, and provide expansive future for use data mining technology to develop harmonious campus evaluation model and informational system.
