| The talented generally refers to the laborer have certain professional knowledge or special skills,can work creatively and make a contribution to society.The workers with high quality and ability,are talent in the human resources。In the background situation of international and fierce regional competition,the talent have become the most important strategic resources.The Human resource is the most important strategic resource of a country’s economic and social development,which is a key determinant of country’s rise and fall.Yun nan province is a province with large population,but not the powerful province of human resources.How to change the more population province into the rich talented province which is the power of social development。That is the important strategic tasks in front of us.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:the first part mainly introduces the main theory of talent knowledge and the current research status of talent theory in the domestic。The second part,the situation of Yunnan province and every state of talent resources is analyzed by the describing statistical methods.The third part,the core index of the talent resources development in each city and town in Yunnan province are sorted synthetically to master the overall talent resources development situation.The fourth part give some feasible countermeasures and suggestions which is mainly based on the analysis of the three part on the above. |
