Research On The Evaluation Of Teaching Staff Construction In Higher Vocational Colleges

The rapid development of higher vocational education depends on teachers who have high comprehensive quality, reasonable structure, and adapting to the development of higher vocational education. Along with the scale of higher vocational education rapidly expanding, lacking higher vocational teaching staff, unreasonable structure, and poor quality are gradually exposed. That directly affects the quality of higher vocational education. So, solving the problem of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges is imminent. However, the study of higher vocational education in China is mostly confined to the qualitative analysis of angle, and through the qualitative analysis to study the countermeasures for the construction of teaching staff. In the existing literature, using quantitative analysis to solve the research of higher vocational education teaching staff construction is less. Therefore, based on the quantitative point of view, by constructing a set of scientific and standardized evaluation index system of higher vocational education teaching staff construction, adopting the quantitative method to evaluate, and then solve the problems existing in the higher education teaching staff construction is very necessary. At the same time, that is also the conception of this study.First of all, this study from the three aspects that related concept definition, theoretical foundation and evaluation method to discussed the related theoretical basis of teaching staff construction in higher vocational education; Secondly, on the basis of follow the principle of index building, determine the evaluation index system of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges through the index selection; Again, on the basis of analysis advantages of several evaluation methods, we identify the evaluation method that is fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; Finally, according to the evaluation index system and evaluation methods to evaluate KM TV university teaching staff construction, and we put forward some relevant suggestions for improvement.
