Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Synergetic Innovation In China 's Higher Education Institutions

In the era of rapid development of science and technology, productivity and production is undergoing tremendous change in the worldwide, innovation has become the core power of economic and social development. Scattered resources has become a major factor inhibiting the national independent innovation, which led to the closure of mutual organizations among technological innovation, collaborative innovation has become an important method to solve this problem. Nowadays, Collaborative innovation has become the new trend in world science and technology activities. Higher education, especially research universities, not only has strong innovative human resources, but also has a lot of basic research and high-tech innovations. Therefore, the positions of the universities in innovation become more and more prominent. Firstly, this paper define the concept for higher school collaborative innovation、 "2011 Plan" 、collaborative innovation center. At the same time, research the coordination theory and the "triple helix" theory to take the further research for collaborative research and innovation,Then explore the problems of higher school collaborative innovation according to the research of the current situation. The third part of the chapter by drawing through the United States, Germany, Japan and the successful experience of university research collaborative innovation, followed by the "2011 Plan" as the guiding ideology, and according to the actual situation of China’s university research and collaborative innovation, identify and Enlightenment experience. The last chapter puts forward some suggestions from four aspects according to the system and cultural constraints. We could be more understandable for the difficulties and limitations of our universities exist in the collaborative development, It has important significant for the better implementation of collaborative innovation in the future.
