Currently, the education in internet is not perfect; the existing micro-lecture platform is not as mature as the traditional teaching method. What is worse, the micro-lecture cut the system of knowledge into pieces, which makes it difficult for learners to master them. Besides, form of micro-lecture resources is simple, and its quantities are very huge, and those make learners feel confused in both educations of internet and fragmented learning, which makes education of internet more difficult.Previous researchers have developed a new technique that can offer the learning resources according to the learner characteristics, by combining recommended technology that have applied in e-commerce with data mining technology, and the results turn to be good. But there are still few researches in how to organize learning resources and how to recommend individualized learning path. The purpose of this research is to solve those problems by designing a personalized learning platform.This paper builds a micro-lecture network model based on idea -the knowledge point network, by accessing to relevant documents, analyzing the relationship between knowledge point and micro-lecture. Besides, it designs a new algorithm that combined the main idea of collaborative filtering algorithm with idea of colony algorithm, which get the learning path by recommending similar partner. Last but not least, it designs a teaching system that not only help the learners build a complete system of knowledge but also realize personalized learning,by applying the model of micro-class network which works as a repository of platform, and the corresponding algorithm which works as the method of personalized learning path.
