Research On The Design Of Cooperation Network Model Of College Research And Knowledge Flow

As a complex network, cooperation network of college research consists of different organizations. The types of connection which exist in these organizations include knowledge, information, technology, labor, fund, etc. The structure of network, amount of links between organizations and cliquishness of nodes play a key role to determine the effect of knowledge flow and competence of college. This paper tries to develop cooperation network model of college research to analyze the relationship between the structure and function of network.This paper defines the organizations as nodes of the network and the links between the organizations as edges. Cooperation network model of college research is built up. It also gives a clear outline of model and basic inscapes and analyzes the function of these organizations and relationships between organizations.Some new research achievements of complex network are inducted into this paper. Structure variables of complex network which include average path length, clustering coefficient and degree distribution are used for the description and analysis of the structure qualities of the cooperation network of college research, as well as the connection with the ability of resource integration and knowledge innovation capability. These structure variables are also used to judge whether the structure of the network is evolved. Some evolvement hypotheses are given and the evolvement model according to them is constructed.On the basis, this paper studies knowledge flow in cooperation network of college research. It lauches on the process of knowledge flow in the network and tries to build a series of indexes to estimate the effect of knowledge flow.At the end, the author investigates the published paper situation of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in the late five years. This paper takes paper cooperation network as an example to do case study.
