Network teaching multimedia technology, network technology and modern educational theory, combining the product of the school network, network schools, virtual campus, virtual classroom, etc. have been appearing, it is in modern education, research and application, to promote the traditional teaching ideas, teaching methods, teaching mode and teaching structure is facing new challenges and changes to achieve online teaching, distance learning, and sharing of educational resources online education a new era has arrived. With the development and popularization of network technology and local levels to carry out various types of schools are teaching and research networks, but in practice we find that the current network of teaching mainly remain in the "traditional teaching+network applications" simple combination of low-level, and not to play a real network of technology as a cognitive tool. This on the one hand the needs of the development of education on the one hand is to solve the fundamental difficulties in junior high school physics as a starting point, a branch in the constructivist theory of cognitive flexibility, high school physics under the guidance of a systematic learning theory, development of learning support system project-based learning site junior high school physical systems based on the study of learning.
