| Our country is a multi-ethnic country.Bilingual teaching, as the important way of cultivating ethnic minority talents who Proficient in ethnic languages and Chinese, has long been brought to the attention of the CPC central committee and the minority areas.Since China’s reform and opening up, the han nationality and minority people exchanges increasingly close, the country for the development of minority areas education taken various measures and to promote bilingual teaching is one of the specific measures.The bilingual teaching status in national regions, has become the research subject which education field need to study.In this paper,Through the study of bilingual teaching problemsin Mongolian high school of Xingan league, trying To carry on the beneficial exploration on Bilingual teaching in Inner MongoliaThe Inner Mongolia autonomous region as a less developed ethnic minority autonomous region implemented bilingual teaching for a long time.In Inner Mongolia, the development of bilingual education has experienced more than half a century.Experienced four development stages, respectively:in the early time of new China, the stage of all-round construction of the socialist period, cultural revolution and the right time period, the perfection of since reform and opening up and the comprehensive development stage.Mongolian high school bilingual teaching in Xingan league after more than half a century of development, has made some achievements and accumulated some experience, but also has a lot of problems.I adopted literature method, questionnaire investigation, analysis, induction, implementation of bilingual teaching of xingan league Mongolian high school in Xingan league were investigated.Mainly for the bilingual teaching mode, bilingual textbooks, teaching resources, bilingual teachers bilingual curriculum in four aspects of Mongolian and han bilingual teaching was analyzed.Current problems in bilingual teaching in Inner Mongolia has the following several aspects.First, the bilingual teaching mode is single, there are quite a number of teachers think that current bilingual teaching mode is not suitable for bilingual teaching in Xingan league. Second, the bilingual teaching materials and teaching materials can not meet the needs of current bilingual teaching.Third, bilingual teachers’ education level is low, the bilingual teaching skills needs to improve.Fourth, although bilingual curriculum is balanced on the whole, there are some courses, proportion of teaching hours and disequilibrium problem of the unreasonable curriculum. Therefore should take the following measures:first, to improve the bilingual teaching mode.According to the different development situation of each region to open up the different bilingual teaching.Second, to strengthen the construction of bilingual teaching textbooks.The writing of teaching materials should suitable for ethnic features and regional characteristics.Meanwhile,should increase the teachers’ teaching materials.Third, strengthen the bilingual teacher training.More preferential policies of ethnic teachers in remote areas, improve the teachers’ recruitment mechanism and competition mechanism, strengthen the training of bilingual teachers at the same time.Fourth, to develop and adjust the bilingual courses.Adjust the opening hours and proportion of Mongolian, Chinese and English courses. |
