Talent is a college especially the national "985 Project", "211 Project" university graduate, full-time doctoral degree graduate students, with strong research ability and innovation ability, strong sense of service and team spirit, high quality talent. With the development of economy and society, talent competition is increasingly intense, all around, even the enterprise, have introduced talent development planning related, try various devices to the introduction of highly educated talents, strengthen the construction of talent team, enhance the sustainable power development. Xiangxi talent introduction work start soon, the need system study is reality, but also the objective demand.
