In recent years, physical classroom teaching continued to increase, as the grouping approach, precision approach, situational approach, etc. But the most special is the introduction of information technology in the traditional mode of teaching Physical Education. In the national standard, "the new curriculum reform" clearly states; attaches great importance to information technology courses to improve students’ information literacy. We can state attaches great importance to students in the learning process of information literacy, and therefore introduced the information technology education in the discipline. To understand the physical education of middle school students in the use of information technology is suitable for teaching. In this paper, Bao’an District of Shenzhen City waterfront high school as research object, investigated some teaching tools and information to the students and teachers and analyzed the survey results; and then selected a grade 60 students who started as an experimental classes and control classes experiment by literature, investigation, experimental comparison, mathematical statistics and other methods, to understand the status of teaching in high school sports information applications and analysis experimental classes and control classes male and female students’differences at 200 meters, basketball, crunches aspects of sports information,derived advantages compared to the traditional teaching of physical education and the problems in practice. The results are summarized as follows:(1) Information teaching expands students theoretical knowledge of sports, improves their motor skills. Students in the experimental group enhance the performance than the control group to be more in 200 meters, sit-ups projects.(2) Sports information teaching can enrich theoretical knowledge of teachers and reduce the teaching load. Teachers opened the information technology equipment can find relevant theoretical knowledge about sports on the network, ensuring the timely update of teaching content. Instant information network teaching makes manner to receive and download teachers teaching learning materials in time, and then ensure that every student will be able to watch a full demonstration of the science standards movement, and greatly reduce the difficulty of teaching time, to further reduce the burden of school physical education teachers teaching.(3) Boys and girls of different teaching results achieved in the impact of information technology in teaching. Because girls in flexibility than boys have a natural advantage, boys in power quality than girls have an advantage, which led to the study of information technology education in sports, girls and boys have been enhanced achievement gap.(4) Information teaching suits for physical education in the classroom. Experimental results in the teaching of information technology show that, academic performance of boys and girls has improved, more information to verify the feasibility of teaching in physical education teaching.According to the above conclusion, the author proposes a number of practical suggestions, and hopes provide some help for the future introduction of information among physical education teaching mode.(1) Educational administrative departments should actively promote the introduction of information tools and guidance, which can help teachers to stimulate creative thinking, develop diverse teaching mode, enable students to actively participate in the teaching, teach plans and strategies for information, and update and maintain information technology teaching.(2) School-related departments should strengthen the student’s access to information literacy and physical education teachers to develop information literacy training. The information itself is the foundation of learning skills of information technology teaching. Teachers’information technology skills up to the standard of information technology education in order to carry out this class have a certain role; information operation of students themselves decides how much information to his knowledge.(3) Physical teachers should strengthen the development about their teaching of sports information. According to student demand for different sports, the teachers should improve their teaching ability of information technology to ensure the teaching of information technology to carry out different projects.(4) Students should correctly understand and actively participate in sports in schools teaching information technology. Students should use the information technology equipment in the rational, not in fits and starts, access timely to updated information on the sports information platform, do not miss the opportunity to learn, so that the value of the information reflected in the teaching of teaching platform.(5) Parents should change their understanding of information technology education and support students learning relevant knowledge in the use of information equipment. Parents support student learning using the Internet at the same time they should be promptly enlighten and management to ensure the health of student learning.
