Research On The Application Of Information Technology In Physical Education

This paper studied application of information technology in the teaching of physical education,through the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,experimental method to study it.Taking TJ Youth Professional College as an example,based on the principle of learning and construction of humanistic learning theory,according to the characteristics of the application of information technology in the teaching of physical education in TJ Youth Professional College,analyzes the advantages of and the needs of the students,and on the basis of previous research,the "tennis multimedia textbook application," autonomous learning platform for the application of information technology are discussed.This thesis comes to the conclusion that information technology has good popularization and development at the TJ Youth Professional College,relatively more students use information technology to submit work,making the video using the information technology students is relatively small,most of the teachers will choose learning materials for students on the Internet to send through the information technology,to enable students to prepare in advance,and let the students submit work on the Internet;teacher preparation before class,the classroom teaching process and summarization stage often use computer technology,information technology is often used in this class stage of PE teachers was less than normal.Secondly,through the way of experiment and experimental group Analysis found that changes in the control group students' learning effect,the application of information technology in sports teaching can not only effectively enhance students' learning interest and enthusiasm,and to promote the students to master the knowledge of sports,play a positive role of sports skills.
