To strengthen education with scientific methods is an important part of the new high school curriculum reform, and also an important link of developing high school students’ qualities and improving the high school student’s scientific literacy.This project is to study highlighting physics scientific method education in teaching high school physics, taking the analogy method of scientific methods for example. Through consulting relevant document materials, on the basis of the research status and development trend of the education about scientific methods at home and abroad, it expounds the classification of the analogy method and the importance of analogy method in high school physics teaching. The way of highlighting the analogy method in physics teaching in high school are summarized and through the analogy methods in the two elective books(3-1,3-2) of high school physics, four approaches to highlighting the analogy method in physics teaching in high school applied in practice and teaching cases are written, where knowledge points which can be taught with the analogy method are expounded. Finally based on the author’s teaching practice, teaching with the analogy method has been experimented. According to the pre-experimental tests and the post-experiment tests and after the t test carried out on the test result through SPSS software, conclusions are made as follows:highlighting the analogy method in high school physics teaching is helpful for students to accelerate the understanding of new knowledge and improve the students’ abilities of migration, drawing inferences and analyzing and solving problems; conducive to achieving teaching goals and improving teaching quality.
