With the development of international education and education reform in China, it is also an important member of the national education. Vocational education and training is closely related to the development of China’s economic construction, and now has become the focus of national education. It has become the most concerned issues in the education reform. Economic efficiency and low threshold requirements make an increasingly numbers of institutions and organizations get involved in the vocational training network. Because of the lack of social position and legal norm, the market of vocational training is chaotic. By now, there is no quantitative description or the qualitative analysis on the research of vocational training in our country. In order to make the practice with incentive mechanism more pertinence and maneuverability in the business development of the vocational training companies in our country, it is necessary to do deep research on the incentive factors, to improve the incentive mode to match the requirement of current situation.This assay starts first with the background of the topic and the significance of the study, adopting the method of combination of document study and spot investigation, summarizes the theories and outcomes of community senior citizen support services at home and abroad, based on the example of HS vocational training company and provides the satisfaction analysis of the current trainers to in order to make the best use of its advantages and reasonable resources to create brand characteristics and make further development and performance in the competitive market environment.By means of spot investigations, communications, interviews and questionnaires, etc., this paper aims for a thorough understanding of the management of HS vocational training company, such as the present situation of management, curriculum provision, service and so on.
