Institution building is the core class construction, but also a sign of the class level of the building, is a strong guarantee to the formation of collective good class to higher levels of development. Good practices and effective way to explore the construction of a school class system to enhance the management level, to achieve the harmonious development of personnel training mission and tasks of the key issues to be resolved.This paper selects Dalian Xigang part of their high school class statistical analysis to investigate the management system, and combined with the secondary school principals and teachers, student interviews, summarizes the current status of high school class management system, mainly for the following aspects:First, ignoring the grasp and interpretation of the common system, classroom management system has become isolated personality system. Survey shows that for class management system is established on the basis of rules and principles, 18.5% of students hold a positive attitude, 38.6% think there is a part of the class system and the school system is consistent, there are 21.3% of students believe that the class system construction and school rules does not matter, there are 21.6% of the students do not know the relationship between the two. Second, ignoring the growing consciousness of students, teachers become the main class management system developed. Way for the formation of class management system survey: 36.8% of the class by the teacher to develop their own classroom management system, there are 28.4% of the class is to develop students’ classroom management system by collective research, 34.8% of the class is the teacher’s guide next, the students and teachers to study the development of classroom management system. Third, ignoring the role of moral excavation and interpretation, classroom management system has become chilled regulations. Results from the survey showed that most students think the class class management objectives in order to improve the academic performance 48.9%, 26.7% in order to maintain the classes cultivate independent capacity by 16.2%, to cultivate good moral character 8.2%. Fourth, ignoring respect for personality development and training, classroom management system has become synonymous with quantitative assessment. Survey shows that the majority of the class of the main ways to implement the management system so that every day according to the project plus minus points, accounting for 74.3 percent, 21.5 percent for group classes is assessed, 4.2% of students have been praised by the teacher or talk. Fifth, ignoring the construction and supervision, classroom management system evaluation mechanism has become a dead letter. Survey results show that, for the implementation of class management system, there are 63.4% of the class is a day by the inherent project plus minus points, 12.4 percent of the class by assessing the implementation team, has 8.9% of the class were summarized by class cadre evaluation, 15.3% of the class are also assessed by the teacher.The actual high school class management system, to offer suggestions in support under the theory on this basis. Strategies Topics include: first, to implement the guidance class management system, the supervisory role; second, to change the concept behind the teacher’s classroom management; third, to carry out the main class management system training system; fourth, to build science classroom management institutional framework; fifth, establishing multi-class management system evaluation system.
