With the internationalization of economy it is very common that the minority groups who live in the border areas of China work in foreign countries, which arouse great attraction to their children’s education. Parental-Career influences theory pointed out:Individual experience in the family influences one’s process of individual socialization, future influences one’s career development. Therefore, research on the relationship between their children’s career development and the parents rearing style, has the special significance.This paper based on Yan bian area, especially through quantitative research and qualitative research to the Korean school students" who live in Hunchun City, trying to understand the related to the overall situation, especially the comparison of different family structure of parenting style and career development of students. According to the research, this paper draws the following conclusion:1. Korean junior high school students’ parents mainly use the emotional warmth and understanding of parents rearing styles. And use excessive protection and interference domestic way more frequently, rarely use parenting style of refuse and deny, severe and punishment.2. The overall situation of Korean junior middle school students" career development is in the medium level. But career action (career exploration, career plan) is in the middle or lower levels. Among them, Grade-2 students" career exploration operations, is significantly higher than the students of Grade-1.3. Korean junior high school students" s parental rearing styles have significant correlation with individual career development. Students parental rearing styles can predict the career development of students in a certain extent situation.4. Korean junior high school students’parenting style and students’ career development do not exist obvious differences,who living in different family structures. However, the relevance of some parents rearing styles and career development, who live in different family structures of the students, are different, which parents rearing styles in emotional warmth and understanding, excessive interference and protection, refused and deny.5. It have negative impact on the students" career development, who’s parents are working migrant. First, most Korean junior high school students feel lonely in emotional, and they feel big difficulties in learning; Last, they conflict on their guardian in daily communication and look at hobbies.For the above results, this study proposed some countermeasures: (1) Reference the parents education of Vasily Sukhomlinsky, reform the parenting style; (2) Reference the experience of developed countries, strengthen students’ career education; (3) Use positive psychology, confront cross-culture migrant parents’ children, promoting students’ self management accomplishment.
