Methods: in chengdu area through a healthy fitness before the motion of the screening questionnaire to raise healthy, exercise habits, metabolic disease, there is no central nervous problems, not the knee joint disease and voluntary to participate in and cooperate with the experimental test of 20 middle-aged women. The mean age was 54.95 ± 3.76 years of age, and the control group 10, 10 experimental group. Through the "pilate" preliminary experimental screening suitable for middle-aged women pilates training action, combined with the subjects’ subjective feeling(RPE), continually modify and perfect the pilates movements. Exercise intervention plan: for pilates core strength training content, training action includes three parts, namely the stretching, mat action and relaxed posture of three parts. Conclusion: 1. After eight weeks of pilates training intervention can effectively improve the middle-aged women eye closure on one foot and close your eyes to strengthen Romberg static balance ability; 2. After 8 weeks of pilates training intervention can significantly improve the middle-aged women’s eye closure marking time, vestibular step test, dynamic balance ability; 3.
