Balance ability as an important physiological function of human body, It reflects the physical coordination of all aspects from the vestibular organ, muscle strength, proprioception, visual stimulation, Excellent balance of power and the women’s daily lives. With the increase of age, the human body physiological function will decline,declining balance ability is outstanding, Yoga some poses such as "tree type, the king of birds".can be targeted to improve and develop the people’s sense of balance, Attention and coordination, through these type of practice can increase muscle strength, the increase of bone and joint, ligament flexibility, and practitioners of anti falls ability. Aerobics movements are simple, The movement difficulty and low, The basic steps of diverse actions. Young women with long time practice, an enhance the strength of lower limb, lower limb muscle ability to slow down the decline,so as to improve the balance function.This study used the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, test method,mathematical statistics and other research methods, Comparison of often participate in yoga and aerobics exercise in young women, and do not participate in any regular exercise, young women in the balance ability, To reveal the difference of yoga and aerobics, the effects of exercise on balance ability in young women.it can provide reference to those who are looking for suitable for their fitness programs。By this study,it shows that the women who can do yoga and aerobics for long term can improve their balance ability。Nip in the bud。The women who can do these exercise,they can slow decline balance。In addition,this themsis will provide the theoretical and technical guidance for prevention the fell of the middle-aged and young women,to reduce the risk of the national fitness。It has a certain practical significance to improve the quality of life in middle-aged and young groups and promote the national fitness level。The results show:1 It shows that the balance ability is related to the age,that is,In the middle and young female group,the age grows but the balance loses。2 It shows that the middle-aged and young women who often take part in the Yoga and the mass aerobics their balance ability is superior to that who dont attend to the exercise。It means that the Yoga and the mass aerobics can improve the women’s balance and prevent their balance ability falling。3 It shows that the Yoga is better than the mass aerobics。Yoga exercisers visual compensatory effect is superior to the popular aerobics practitioner。To certain extent,it can improve the vestibular function and proprioception,to improve the ability of the central nervous system control of the muscles.
