Objective: This article through pilates and fitness training on balance intervention effects of middle-aged women in contrast research, and evaluation of these two kinds of training methods to improve the middle-aged women the effect of static, dynamic and comprehensive balance, or seeks is more effective, is safe, suits the middle-aged female to balance the training way which ability enhances to provide the theory basis, also further improved the middle-aged female anti-senile ability, fitness for the populace seeks the more scientific mode of motion.looking for a more scientific way of motion for the mass fitness. Methods: Subjects: Near chengdu sports college raise no cardiovascular disease, sports community square barrier and has the exercise habit 45 to 59 years old of middle-aged women 20(51.4 + /- 3.56 years). Were randomly divided into Pilates(N = 10), Swiss ball(N = 10) the two experimental groups. Experiments Location: Chengdu Institute of Physical Health Building. Experimental methods: the experimental group to enhance the balance for the purpose of using different means to exercise the major core muscles and lower extremity muscle strength exercise. Training frequency of 3 times per week, 60 min per times, a total of eight weeks. Before and after the experiment are used by the US production of BIODEX balance function tester to test posture stability, fall risk both for testing. And the ability to balance the basic evaluation methods: one leg stance, eyes closed, standing still, stand up- eyes closed, take the test and strengthen Romberg sign test, lower extremity muscle strength using the standing calf raises on the subjects tested. And I participated in the experiment, subjects were eight weeks of observation, experiment to ensure the exercise intensity, exercise time and exercise frequency. Results: The results of the experimental data statistics: static balance indicators: eye closure on one foot, pilates and ball group experiment compared the two groups after training eye closure single foot standing there was no significant difference(P > 0.05); Close your eyes to strengthen Romberg, experiment compared the two groups after training eye closure improved Romberg there was no significant difference(P > 0.05); Dynamic balance ability index: close the marking time, the experiment in the two groups after trained eye closure piaffe has significantly increased(P < 0.05), rose- go, rose- go data of two groups after the experimental training compared with the difference is not obvious(P < 1); Comprehensive balance index: posture stability test(total stability index), the two groups after the experimental training no obvious difference compared to the total stability index data(P < 1), posture stability test(before/after index), the two groups after the experimental training compared before/after the index difference is not obvious(P < 1), posture stability test/lateral index(middle), the middle of the two groups after the experimental training/lateral index difference is not obvious(P < 1) fall risk assessment, the experiment compared the two groups after training fall risk data difference is not obvious(P < 1); Lower limb muscle strength indicators: lift heel stand, stand two groups after the experimental training lift heel compared data difference is not obvious(P < 1).Conclusions:(1) Based on the two groups before and after training their experimental data obtained for statistical static balance training Pilates and fitness ball after the experiment, the dynamic balance ability, overall balance and lower limb muscle strength than before the experiment has been increase, indicating that the two groups are on the training of middle-aged women have a role in promoting balance.(2) After the experiment to test the ability to turn a blind eye nowhere homeostasis in group fitness ball and stand up- go Pilates compared with experimental data have improved significantly, indicating that the fitness ball training for middle-aged women homeostasis improve the ability to have a significant effect.(2) Experimental static balance on one foot with eyes closed test group standing Pilates to strengthen the results Romberg sign was no significant difference compared with the fitness ball group, indicating Pilates and fitness ball training to improve the static control in women no significant difference.(3) lower extremity muscle strength test after test, the test stand toes Pilates group with fitness ball group data were no significant differences in the analysis shows no significant difference between the two groups were trained on the lower limb muscle strength.(4) in the test instrument BIODEX balance, postural stability Pilates group and group fitness ball and fall risk assessment test data showed no significant differences, indicating that two middle-aged women training to enhance the body’s center of gravity stability control ability no significant difference. |
