In the practice process of the education’s modernization, the public express their high demands for quality education on earnest, thus creating a fiery education and training market. However, under the motivation of the "profits" of "economic man", more and more market followers come into this industry. Now, it has formed a diversified pattern of the competition in the market, and the space of surviving and earning profits is squeezed seriously. Faced with such fierce competition, how to find a suitable way for training organizations to survive and develop and increase their share of market is imminent.In terms of the education institution which belongs to the service industry, the customer (student) is god, and their maintaining and breakthroughs require the participation of customers. Only a steady stream of customers can ensure the sustained growth in profits of the corporate. In the practice, using what kind of methods of marketing and to which level the customer service can get, affecting the pace of development of the enterprise to a large extent. In the analysis of the numerous way (such as newspapers, leaflets, portal website, hotline invitations, the door straight to visit, customer social network dissemination, etc) of disseminating information which bring the benefits to the enterprise, this paper adopted network science theory which springing up in recent years, and the complex network is applied to this field. In the marketing campaign, the communication of information exists between companies and customers (students), between customers and customers, this mutual communication forms a kind of social relation network. According to the theory of complex networks, we put the enterprises as the center node, the customers as the other nodes, the mutual transmission of information as the chain, to build the customer networks.In this paper, we take the JUREN training school in Kunming as an example. Through the analysis of the structural characteristics and path characteristics of the model, we found some characteristics of complex network that relate to customer network, such as small world, scale-free, the degrees of node and the average length of path. Finally, the paper gets the conclusion that the spreading of information between customers is better than the spreading of information from center in customer network of the training enterprise. Based on the conclusion, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestion and countermeasures for the corporates’ development.
