In today's economic globalization and artificial intelligence modern society,the rapid economic growth mainly relies on the vigorous development of digital information technology,and the development of digital information technology,to a certain extent,changes the way of human life and work and social structure,and still becomes the inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable development of economic globalization.At the same time,digital technology promotes the economic revolution and produces digital economy,which has become an important concept of China's economic development.In order to describe China's industrial structure and the development status of digital economy industry more scientifically and accurately,this paper uses the input-output method to build a social network model and establish the corresponding evaluation index system,and carries out a comprehensive evaluation on the development characteristics of China's digital economy and the development of digital economy in various regions.This paper takes each industry of national economy as the research object.Firstly,it briefly summarizes the research process,concept and basic model of input-output correlation analysis model.On this basis,it reviews the research status and application of complex network,so that we have a comprehensive understanding of complex network model and lay the foundation for further research;At the same time,it puts forward the idea of using complex network theory to study the input-output correlation.Based on the complex network theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between industries in the complex system.By referring to the input-output data of the national economy in recent years,this paper establishes the input-output correlation network model among industries in the national economy system,and uses the methods of statistical analysis and comparative analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,This paper studies the input-output correlation network model and model attributes,and makes a detailed and indepth statistical analysis of the main statistical attributes of the inter industry input-output correlation network,such as degree and agglomeration coefficient,so as to point out the status and role of each industry in the national economy,so as to analyze and study the industrial structure of the national economy.Based on the empirical analysis of China's national economic data,referring to the literature of traditional financial index compilation,combined with the characteristics of digital economy,using a large number of inclusive financial data of ant financial services and relevant statistical yearbooks,the national digital economy index is compiled.Among them,in the construction of digital economy index,the rigorous statistical test procedure of analytic hierarchy process is given,and the analytic hierarchy process based on coefficient of variation is used to establish the digital economy index system,which ensures the rigor of the follow-up research conclusions.The spatial span of the index includes three levels of province,city and county,and the time span is from 2011 to 2015.On the basis of the total index,the evaluation index system is constructed from three different dimensions of coverage,use depth and digital support level.The results show that: 1.Transportation,storage and post are in the absolute central position.2.Lack of inter industry relevance and low degree of integration.3.Digital economy is an important mode to realize low cost,high coverage and sustainable digital economy.
