With the reform of our country compulsory education, national, local and school threelevels curriculum implementation in the junior middle school, school-basedcurriculummanagement has become a new problem for schools. The school-based curriculum aspart of the curriculum, in the national education policy guidance, not in a unity, but reflects theschool running characteristics. In the process of promoting professional developmentof teachers, students in the learning process of comprehensive qualityhas been improved in anall-round way.China’s current school-based development a variety of modes, shows thefull blossompattern, but influenced by philosophy, education method, education evaluation oflong term education in China, the implementation of school-based curriculum is facing astumbling block in many aspects, led to school-based curriculum appeared some problems. So itis necessary to carry on the analysis to these problems, find a way to solve problems, promotethe effective implementation of the school-based curriculum.In this paper, taking Shandong city of Dongying Province as the research object, using themethod of questionnaire, interview, combined with the example of Dongyingappeared inDongying city is analyzed, the school-based curriculum "1+1" mode of school-basedcurriculum research and experience, existing problems, and tries toreason and looking for a wayout of the problem, in order to provide reference for the implementation of school-basedcurriculum of junior middle school in Dongying city.Paper is divided into five parts:The first part, introduction. Introduction selected topic basis, the research significance,thedefinition of the concept, the domestic and foreign research review, research methods andthinking.The second part, the stage of junior middle school school-based curriculum model of"1+1" management status. Analysis of first present the questionnaire and interviewdata, obtainsthe development stage of the school-based curriculum, Dongyingsuccessful experience and theexisting problems from three aspects, and facingproblems inexploration has school-based in curriculum development, the leader of theproblem, students andparents of the problem.The third part, inquiry based curriculum "the junior middle school stage problem of1+1management mode in" genesis. In this part, from the perspectiveof managementsubject leaders and teachers, students and the perspective ofresource management object on the impact of school-based curriculum "1+1" mode. In the aspect of influencefactors of leader respectively from the leader in the school-based curriculumdevelopment and implementation process of the leadership, decision-making, promote andcoordinate the analyzed in detail. In the face of its impact on Teachers’ layer, three aspects of theanalysis set up school-based curriculum from the height, depth, breadth.In the student andfamily to its influence, has carried on the analysis from the influence of "1+1" model of studentand parent participation ability and evaluation.
