In today’s Chinese education, curriculum reform is like a raging fire. With the depth of new curriculum reform, we are more likely to regard teachers as the one of the core elements of curriculum that has profound influence on education. Ye Lan said in the book Teacher’s Role:"Today’s education reform is not only to teach theories, but to change teacher’s education concept which they think is a routine teaching act happing every day". In a manner of speaking, teachers, as a special curriculum resource, have an unconscious, profound and lasting influence on students.In today’s era, developmental economy, scientific-technical progress and harmony society give us unprecedented era condition to enjoy "Beauty". People brought up by our education, are not only to create and adapt to this era, but also to learn to enjoy it which is the achievement made by ourselves. New curriculum reform regards "helping student living positively and healthily and be a responsible citizen" as the core of junior high school Ideological Cultivation Course in order to hope students to enjoy the beautiful life, which is the positive respond to the requirements of Ideological Cultivation Course reform. Therefore, how to help students living in this "Beauty" is the main issue of Ideological Cultivation Course teachers.Combined with the requirements of era development and established at the Guide of student’s Beauty life, this thesis, at the background of new curriculum reform, to explore the issues on current situation and mould of junior high school Ideological Cultivation Course teachers, including three parts:Firs part, to define and explain the related notions of this thesis, especially the keywords and new words; Second part, to investigation and analysis which are the main body of thesis, namely to interview and survey in way of questionnaire in a specific school as a sample in order to summarize the current situation and ideal image of junior high school Ideological Cultivation Course teachers as the guide of student’s Beauty life, at the same time, based on the consequences of surveys, to analyze and explore the cause and necessity of the ideal image of junior high school Ideological Cultivation Course teachers. Third part, which is the resolution strategies of the issues, to mainly discuss the needs and efforts needed to shape the Guide of student’s Beauty life as a junior high school Ideological Cultivation Course teacher.The key purpose of this thesis is to hope the junior high school Ideological Cultivation Course teachers to shape reasonably and the influence on the student’s whole living life on the dual background of the era development and new curriculum reform. Moreover, at the time of influence on students, the process of image shaping can also be another process to help Ideological Cultivation Course teachers’ self-development.
