Because the rapid spread of internet, it is possible to share library information resource, which lead the library going to the new era of networking development stage. Especially with the development of new media, internet and mobile device have been as an important way of getting information, and traditional library services is being split and challenged by the new media. In order to attract students back into the library and use the library, it must conform to the current new way of students using to obtain information under new media environment; overcome the limitations of traditional library propaganda model; adjust university library services by using new media to provide more services.
