For facing diversification of social development in the new century and betterpromoting quality education and health Sports Development,the Ministry ofEducation in the new curriculum reform course name is defined as " Sports andHealth",which is emphasizing on the guiding ideology of the "healthy sport",highlighting the subjectivity of students learning.Therefore, we should adapt to thenew changes in education reform, be effort to build a more complete curriculumtarget system. Updating the education idea in implementing high school sportsteaching at the same time, we should change thinking on education, research, andactively explore new teaching methods in line with the times,which has becomeparticularly important.How to make a strong interest on basketball teaching ofstudents, how to make different students teaching physical condition, ability adapt tothe actual situation of teaching content set, how to improve the students’ basketballspecial technical level effectively, improve teaching effectiveness and implementationgoal of teaching, which have become a new topic of contemporary high schoolbasketball teaching.In the high school basketball teaching the introduction ofreasonable heuristic teaching mode, the purpose is to break through the traditionalsports teaching " injection " teaching mode, with full respect for the process ofteaching students’ needs, values and personality, and more emphasis on the dominantposition of students, physical education will evolve into a common experience, andjointly create a common development process for students and teachers.This studywill apply heuristic method of teaching high school basketball teaching experimentresearch, discuss the teaching method in high school basketball in the use of thefeasibility and timeliness.In this study, having experimental teaching, literature, expert interviews,mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other methods,we made basketballteaching of the first high school’s basketball specialty classes of Tai’an city, ShandongProvince as a starting point, the heuristic teaching method was used in teaching highschool basketball.The main theoretical aspects of traceability and the definition of theconcept of heuristic teaching, ideological content of heuristic teaching method, thekey heuristic teaching, basic requirements and the principles of heuristic teaching,should be followed for a more in-depth exposition, it is further to clarify thesignificance of heuristic teaching theories of teaching in high school basketball; In theaspect of experiments, by setting the control experiments, analysis of experimentaldata, we compare the heuristic teaching and traditional teaching in personal fitness,personal shooting technique and dribbling techniques integrated these three changesbefore and after the experiment, through experiments we have come to heuristicteaching method, which is more conducive to improving students’ basketball skills, toprovide practical significance of heuristic teaching in carrying out the high schoolbasketball teaching.In this study, experiment teaching problems and errors were also analyzed andsummarized, and some suggestions to improve the teaching of heuristics were present, which provide a reference for optimizing modern sports teaching methods to improvethe quality of teaching theory and practice and the study of teaching mode of sportseducators.
