One concept of the curriculum reform puted forward is that:education should focus onpeople and put students in an important position,education should promote the healthydevelopment of students overall.We shoule pay attention to the development of everybody.Inparticular,the formation and the improvement of personality.So in the context of the moderneducation and development,we should pay attention to the developm of personality and soon,complete the excellent character.This is the inevitable trend of social development andindividual needs.Under the influence of environment and livelihood,the quality of us will atrophy,but on theother hand,it will expand.So,in the development of personality,we should intensify the excellentcharacter and correct the bad character.The personality in my thesis focus on the excellentcharacter.It is the opinion of world and life when students study knowledge.This thesis focus on explaining the connotation of personality and development,definingthe contents of personality in history,researching the questions in the development.In thisway,we can development personality successfully.This thesis includes five sections:Chapter one is the conception of personality.It sets out a lot of area such as sychology,sociology and philosophy.Chapter two is the relation of history and personality.It emphasizes the dominant positionof developing personality in history.Chapter three is the questions in the development of personality.It starts from theconception,the fashion,the assessment in history teaching.Chapter four is the basic principle in personality development.It focus on previousexperience and researchments.Chaper five is the approach of personality develpoment.It aims to the questions in chapterthree and providing effective solution.
