With the continuous progress and development of information technology, knowledge innovation gradually adjust the structure, the high-tech industry has been the essence of transition. As the above breeds and innovation an important place, Private education and training schools not only for knowledge innovation and high-tech industrial structure adjustment changes the background to provide a good environment, but also for its rich material and cultural resources, directly related to the country’s level of development. Private education and training schools to enhance the quality of teaching, improve teaching effectiveness, it is imperative in building national talent, technology construction. Implementation of important standards of performance appraisal staff efficiency and work quality measure can be obtained by mathematical models and algorithms for the implementation of information and data processing, to employee performance management. This operation can improve the education and training of private school teachers enthusiasm essence of private school education and training to enhance the effectiveness of teaching has a crucial role.Article on the performance of private education and training school teachers conducted a full investigation and the introduction of KPI performance appraisal techniques to build teacher performance appraisal system to optimize the role of private education in order to build on the training of school teachers’ performance appraisal and performance appraisal system in-depth understanding. Course of this study, the author of the KPI applications explore from three levels of education and training in private school teachers in the performance appraisal. In the first level of the main theories proceed from the performance appraisal of teachers’ performance appraisal of the current status quo and influencing factors are analyzed to determine the direction of the research;The main data from the survey started in the second level, the education and training of domestic private school teachers to analyze the key elements of performance appraisal, implementation verification contrast, enhance scientific research;In the third level of the main building started from the system, the education and training of private school teachers in the performance appraisal system assessment standards, weights, a clear cycle, error and correction, etc., in accordance with incentives relations, improve the performance appraisal system, and draw conclusions.In the course of the study’s authors found:private education and training schools during the process of teacher training for teachers should pay attention to the quality of education, improve teachers’professional knowledge, improve teachers’professional appearance; to strengthen communication between teachers, ensure that teachers can adapt to the current private education and training schools teaching environment, improve teacher education and professional career, improve the quality of teaching; to try to select the method of performance appraisal scientific evaluation by a professional staff to implement teacher performance appraisal, to minimize the impact of adverse factors to ensure a suitable standard as well as standardized performance appraisal system.From the inside, the outside two aspects in the course of the study, breaking the traditional performance appraisal of Private Education and Training school teachers only teaching and research-based measure, effectively improve the training of school teachers in private education normative performance assessment and standard. Taking the core quality of teachers as the main training school for teachers in private education building performance appraisal assessment provides a new direction, with a very high practical significance.
