Research On The Training Problems And Effective Strategies Of The Key Teachers Of Junior Middle School In Shahekou District

The core teachers are the mainstays among junior high school teachers. Therefore, the training of the core teachers is quite important for the improvement of the overall quality of the whole team. Besides, this kind of training is the most important part of the system of the teachers’education and the demand for the sustainable development of the teacher profession.First of all, this study targets the core teachers in junior high schools of Shahekou District in Dalian. Based on combing and probing the theories of training the core teachers, through the questionnaires and the interviews and the analysis together with the interpretation of the relevant documents about training the core teachers in Shahekou District and in Dalian combined, this thesis has mastered the basic situation and analyzes the current situation of training the core teachers in junior high schools in Shahekou District from six aspects.Next, on the basis of the survey, this thesis also analyzes the problems existing in the training of the core teachers in junior high schools in Shahekou District. That is to say, the recognition mechanism of the core teachers is not perfect and there is a contradiction between the training scale and the training demand. Also, the faculty to train the core teachers is not sufficient and the training content is not to the point. Besides, the training of each subject does not have the prominent characteristics and lacks of the efficient guidance after the training as well.Last but not least, aimed at the above problems in the training, this thesis promotes the efficient strategies to improve the training, named the self-support strategy adopted by the core teachers, the inspiration strategy adopted by the schools and the support strategy adopted by the administrative department for education.
