| In our country, the Curriculum reform has drawn more and more attention since its beginning, the end of the 20 th century. One part of the arguments about the third level course are the degree of decentralization, the content that will be researched in the local course, how to implement and evaluate it. In the last ten years, as a branch of the third level course, the local curriculum of Heilongjiang Province has been made some progress. At the same time, we also met a lot of problems, such as the lacks of resources and evaluation system, the irregularity of the management, the insufficiency of the role of relevant functional departments, the poor of the professional and stability of the teachers’ team. On the whole, these problems mainly focus on the three aspects, curriculum management, curriculum implementation conditions and curriculum implementat ion process. On the fundamental point, the causes of these problems are mainly concentrated in the following factors: the policy, economy, and social of the regional; the management and the reform of educational administration and other relevant departments; the influence of the relevant system and mechanism. In this paper, in order to better explore the path which can promoted the healthy development of the local curriculum of Heilongjiang Province, we analyze the factors which influences the local curriculum implementation of Heilongjiang Province, and give our suggestion aiming at the existing main problems and causes, from the points of curriculum management, education management, curriculum and teaching theory. We hope it can provide some valuable reference for the development of the local curriculum of Heilongjiang Province. |
