As the important base of training high quality talents of ethnic minorities, researching and displaying China’s ethnic theory and policy, Inheriting and promoting national excellent culture, nationalities universities and colleges have an irreplaceable role in our country’s higher education. The administrative reform of nationalities universities and colleges, the unique main body of education has positive significance for promoting the development of nationalities universities and colleges and improving the overall effect of administrative management in universities and colleges in our country. In reality, although we realized the great development of the higher education of nationalities, we still need to improve the consciousness of quality. Nationalities universities and colleges are facing a series of challenges, university administrative management reform can pave the way for taking a development road of combining connotation construction and extensive development.
