The research of the college and university implementation is an important subject in college and university curriculum and teaching theory. With the advance of the social development,the talents demand for the higher education is constantly increasing. It is imperative to develop the college and university curriculum reform. As an aspect of college and university curriculum reform and construction, college and university curriculum implementation has become the focus of all countries in the curriculum research of the world. Successful curriculum construction must be focus on curriculum implementation process. To improve the quality of higher education talents, it is necessary to study the college and university curriculum implementation. The emergence of complexity science provides a new method and perspective.First,This paper analyses the related concept and characteristic of complexity science using the complexity research paradigm, and introduces the importance of methodology for the higher education research. Then,the paper proposes the complexity of the college and university curriculum implementation from the static and dynamic aspects. Then, using the interview method to know the current problems of the college and university implementation, and analyses the reasons of the problems. Finally, under the perspective of the complexity science, and poses some feasible solutions and principles to solve these problems, in order to provide references for the successful college and university curriculum implementation in the future.
